Seifar wordt onderdeel van de Clean Solutions Group

De Clean Solutions Group, een leidende Europese speler in professionele reinigingsoplossingen ondersteund door investeringsmaatschappij Intersaction, heeft Seifar overgenomen.
Seifar is een snel groeiende onderneming die ecologische reinigingsmiddelen ontwikkelt en produceert voor eindklanten in facility management en zorg. Seifar heeft een state-of-the-art productie faciliteit in Lokeren (België) en een uitgebreide range van onderscheidende producten die EU Ecolabel zijn gecertificeerd. Het management van Seifar blijft de onderneming leiden om binnen de Clean Solutions Group verder te groeien.
Met deze volgende stap in haar acquisitie strategie is de Clean Solutions Group uitgegroeid tot een ontwikkelaar en producent van reinigingsmiddelen voor alle professionele eindmarkten, waaronder verpakkingen, industrie, transport, zorg, facility, food en farma. De producten en oplossingen van de groep hebben uitstekende ecologische, veilige en/of proces optimalisatie toepassingen voor haar klanten. Het streven is de komende jaren de Clean Solutions Group verder uit te bouwen, zowel organisch als via verdere acquisities.

Seifar joins the Clean Solutions Group

The Clean Solutions Group, a leading European company in professional cleaning solutions backed by private equity firm Intersaction, has acquired Seifar.
Seifar is a fast growing company that develops and produces ecological cleaning products for end customers in facility management and care. Seifar has a state-of-the-art production facility in Lokeren (Belgium) and an extensive, distinctive, range of products with EU Ecolabel certification. Seifar management stays onboard to grow the company further within the Clean Solutions Group.
With this next step in its acquisition strategy the Clean Solutions Group transforms into a developer and producer of products for all professional cleaning endmarkets, including packaging, industry, transport, care, facility, food and pharma. The group’s products and solutions have excellent ecological, safe and/or process optimalisation benefits for its customers. It is the intention to grow the Clean Solutions Group further in coming years, both organically and through further acquisitions.
